Mood Boards
The process begins with the creation of various mood boards. During this stage, Flexible gathers a range of images to highlight both the ideal look and feel of the space, as well as ideas for furniture solutions. We started with mood boards, curating a palette of colours, textures, and materials that captured FourNet’s ethos. These visual cues ensured everyone was agreed on the aesthetic direction.
2D Design Development
Next, we translated these ideas into 2D layouts. This stage allowed us to map out the space practically, defining zones and workflows to maximize efficiency while staying true to the vision. This 2D design is shows the full idealised vision, and is bespoke to each project. For FourNet, the idea of having segmented zones was important, including a training room, office, meeting area, as well as workstations for staff.
3D Visualisation
To bring the design to life, we used 3D modelling to create immersive visuals. These realistic renderings gave FourNet a true sense of the final product, helping them make confident design decisions.
Bringing Ideas to Life: The Installation Phase
With designs approved, the focus shifted to execution. This phase required meticulous planning and coordination to ensure a seamless transition from paper to reality. Flexible managed every detail, from sourcing materials to overseeing on-site operations. Challenges were inevitable, but our proactive approach and close communication with FourNet ensured that any issues were swiftly resolved. The installation process unfolded smoothly, with each milestone marking progress toward the final vision.
